Design Notes

This sequence can be placed between any RNA polymerase and terminator. However, since this sequence is not a protein coding sequence, it must not be placed in any open reading frames as it may disrupt or be disrupted by protein translation. Further, there must be a small space between the first HDV ribozyme and the second hammerheadribozme displayed as a scar on this sequence.
